(1) Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following:
- Condition: unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
- Completeness: all parts/accessories included (e.g., vacuum pump, valves, clips, lids, dividers).
- Packaging: original packaging and protective materials included where applicable.
- Proof of purchase: order number or receipt from oasestore.com.
(2) Non-Returnable / Restricted Items
Not eligible (unless defective/wrong item shipped):
- Final sale / clearance items marked "Final Sale"or "Non-Returnable"-
- Sealed items that have been opened from tamper-evident or hygienic sealed packaging (where applicable) and are not in resalable condition.
- Vacuum bags and compression bags that show signs of use (wrinkles, valve wear, contamination, odors) or missing pump/valve parts.
- Consumable packaging (paper/glassine/waxed bags, poly pouches) if opened and not in resalable condition.
- Customized/personalized items (if offered).
- Gift cards and store credit.
(3) How to Start a Return
- Email support@oasestore.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- Provide the reason for return. For defects/damage/wrong item, attach clear photos.
- Wait for Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions (return address + any customs guidance).
- Ship using a trackable method and keep the tracking number until the case is resolved.
Tip: If your item arrived damaged, keep all packaging. Many carriers require packaging photos for claims.
(4) Return Shipping Costs

International returns & customs
Import duties/VAT paid to local authorities are typically non-refundable by us. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be able to apply to your customs authority for a refund.
(5) Refunds
- Inspection: refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return.
- Timing: typically 5-10 business days after inspection (bank posting may take longer).
- Method: original payment method when possible; otherwise store credit may be offered.
- Partial refunds: may apply if items are returned missing parts or in unacceptable condition.
(6) Cancellations
We may be able to cancel an order before it ships. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and you must follow the return process after delivery.
