Typical products: resealable poly pouches, mini plastic pouches, zipper storage bags, vacuum storage bags (with/without pump), mesh storage bags, storage bins/boxes/organizers, crates, and packing supplies.

(1) Order Processing (Handling Time)

Processing time is the time we need to verify payment, pick items, quality-check, pack, and hand off the parcel to the carrier. Processing begins after successful payment authorization.

  • Standard processing: 1-3 business days.
  • Peak periods (promotions/holidays): 3-7 business days.
  • Backorder / pre-order items: lead time is shown on the product page or confirmed by support.
Note for multi-item orders: We may ship items separately to reduce damage risk (e.g., hard plastic bins separate from soft bags) or to optimize logistics. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

(2) Shipping Destinations

We ship internationally where carrier routes and local regulations allow. If a destination is not available at checkout, we may be unable to ship there due to restrictions, remote-area limitations, sanctions, or safety events.

(3) Estimated Delivery Times

Transit time starts after carrier pickup. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.

(4) Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, selected method, package weight, and volumetric size. Large items (e.g., 40-00 quart storage bins, collapsible crates, multi-pack totes) can trigger volumetric weight pricing.

  • Promotions: Free shipping (if offered) and thresholds are shown at checkout.
  • Remote areas: Some carriers charge a remote-area surcharge; we may contact you if an adjustment is required.

(5) Tracking

When your order ships, we email a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking can take 24-72 hours to show movement after label creation.

  • Split shipments: If your order ships in multiple parcels, each parcel has its own tracking number.
  • Delivered but not received: Contact us promptly; we may ask for a safe-place check or carrier investigation.

(6) Packaging Standards (Category-Specific)

We pack products based on material type to reduce damage and loss risk:

  • Reusable storage bags: packed to keep items clean; avoid opening sealed retail packaging until you confirm you will keep the item.
  • Vacuum storage bags: valves and pump accessories are secured to prevent loss; multi-size packs may ship with internal separators.
  • Hard plastic bins/boxes: corner protection and carton reinforcement where needed to reduce cracking in transit.
  • Paper/glassine bags: packed to avoid bending/crushing; minor compression during transport may occur.
  • Mesh storage bags: packed to avoid snagging; minor weave variation is normal.
Important: Please keep the outer carton, shipping label, and inner packaging until you confirm the order is complete and correct. For damaged/missing claims, carriers often require packaging photos.
